Travel Writers & Photographers Conference: I will be attending the 31st annual Book Passage Travel Writers & Photographers Conference on August 10-13, 2023 in Corte Madera, California.

The sessions will be led by talented travel writers, including Tim Cahill (Outside Magazine) Catharine Hamm and Chris Reynolds (LA Times), Larry Habegger (Traveler’s Tales) and Marcia DeSanctis (Travel & Leisure).

Recent Travels in July 2023: Chris and I braved the crowded skies, streets of Prague, Czech Republic, and Inverness, St. Andrews and Edinburgh in Scotland, and Covid too.

Yep, our “Scottish colds” turned out to be Covid. Our self-imposed quarantine helped me get this post written.
